Mr. Bailey is president of Bailey and Son Engineering, Inc. (BaSE). Prior to establishing BaSE in 1991, Mr. Bailey was employed by two large multi-discipline engineering firms and two consulting firms. Mr. Bailey has served as Principal-In-Charge, Project Manager and Project Engineer on private and public projects throughout the southern and eastern regions of the U.S. as well as DOD and NAVFAC work.

Mr. Gurley is an Associate Engineer for Structural Engineering at Bailey and Son Engineering Inc. He is responsible for the selection, analysis, design, and coordination of structural systems and has served as the Structural Engineer of Record on over $600 million dollars of construction in the public and private sector throughout the Carolinas, Georgia, and Virginia.

Mr. Coffey is a Project Engineer at Bailey and Son Engineering, Inc. In addition to analysis and design of structural steel, cast-in-place reinforced concrete, reinforced and unreinforced masonry, light-gage steel, and wood or timber systems, he also has design experience with foundations, earth retaining systems, and slope stability projects. Mr. Coffey has experience with not only new construction but also alterations to existing construction as he has on-site/field experience working with clients and contractors.

Mr. Chalker is a Project Engineer for Structural Engineering at Bailey and Son Engineering, Inc. He has design experience with commercial, industrial, and multi-use structures constructed using wood, steel, masonry and concrete. His past project and management experience involved Construction Material Testing and Geotechnical Engineering for industrial warehouses, medical office buildings, parking garages, student living and dining community, rehabilitation of mill buildings into an apartment community and multiple projects around the upstate of South Carolina. He is also proficient in BIM and 3D modeling through programs such as Risa, Auto CAD, Revit and MathCAD.

As an Associate Engineer, Mr. Sprouse manages and is directly involved in the structural aspects of various institutional, industrial, and commercial projects. His participation begins with the design consultation and evaluation of design options, continues through the construction document phase, and ends with construction administration. Throughout the building design and construction process, Mr. Sprouse consults with the client and the design team, insures expectations are met or exceeded, and provides economical solutions. Mr. Sprouse also serves as the network and computer systems administrator for the office.
